Ingredients

  • 4 green onions
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Steps

  1. Slice onions thinly; chop tomatoes and garlic coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Chill until ready to serve.
