Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, for juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ cup garlic vinaigrette
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 oz pecorino Romano cheese
  • 4 oz thin-sliced Deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (about 3 oz)
  • ½ cup sliced Spanish olives
  • 1 (16 oz) bag classic salad mix

Steps

  1. Juice lemon (2 tablespoons). Place in small bowl: lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and vinaigrette; whisk to combine. Chop tomato coarsely. Grate pecorino Romano finely (1 cup). Slice ham and Swiss cheese into bite-size strips. Drain olives.
  2. Place all ingredients in large bowl and toss gently to coat; serve
