Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 6 cups frozen pineapple chunks (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ cup canned lite coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Peel banana. Place in blender in this order: banana, pineapples, coconut water, coconut milk, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Divide pineapple mixture among serving glasses. Garnish with additional pineapple chunks, pineapple leaves, and toasted coconut flakes, if desired.
